HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–18 business days
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email after shipment.
DO YOUR HATS FIT ALL HEAD SIZES?
Most Nuramae hats are designed with a flexible one-size fit intended to comfortably adapt to a wide range of head shapes and sizes.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order enters fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

This usually means the courier has received shipping information and the parcel is waiting for its first scan during transit.
