ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 7–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, weather conditions, local couriers, or seasonal demand.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Nuramae is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
